Applying For A Job

Post  Pro Zidane x on Fri Feb 11, 2011 7:20 pm

Applying for Jobs

A list of available manager posts can be viewed on the main site (View Available Jobs).

Here at FL360, we try and make it as realistic as possible. So if you see a vacancy that you would like to apply for, you would need to create a FL360 CV. Your CV should include things like your achievements on fifa, your history on FL360 as well as other 1v1 leagues.

Your application will take you a long way in getting a job. Writing something "Can I have this job please" will not be considered.

Like in real life though, an unknown manager is unlikely to get the Manchester Utd or Barcelona job if he applies, so if you’re new to the site you should be looking to take over teams in the lower leagues, then you can build up your reputation and apply for the higher profile jobs!

We will give better jobs to managers who do not job hop every week or look to change.

Remember if you apply for numerous available jobs your application maybe under-mined due to desperation and lack of loyalty to your own team. The consequences of applying for each and every vacancy may result in your current club terminating your current contract. Showing a significant degree of club loyalty will take you a long way when you do wish to apply for that 'dream job'.

Expectations

Every club has there own expectation level.

For example a team like Chelsea would be 'Title Challengers'. This means if the Chelsea manager doesn't challenge for the title, and after over half a season they are sitting in 7th position, he/she could be sacked. This means the Chelsea job would be available.

On the same note if a lower league team has a expectation of getting the play offs and does not achieve he/she may be sacked. So try your hardest to achieve.
